£ PAN REGISTRATION:  PAN Card is important for taxpayers as it is necessary for all financial transactions and is used to track the inflow and outflow of your money. It is important when paying income tax, receiving tax refunds, and receiving communication from the Income Tax Department. PAN card is also used as identity proof.

 

 

£ TAN REGISTRATION: TAN is required by all individuals because without it Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) or Tax Collected at Source (TCS) returns are not accepted by TIN facilitation centers. Banks to do not accept the challans for TDS/TCS payments if TAN is not quoted.

 

 

£ UDYAM (MSME) REGISTRATION:  Although getting MSME registration is not mandatory but it is always suggested to small and medium enterprises to get it done as it provides a variety of benefits. Benefits such as rate of interest charged would be very less, tax subsidies, capital investment subsidies and other support from the government sector is provided.

 

 

£ GST REGISTRATION: Registration of any business entity under the GST Law implies obtaining a unique number from the concerned tax authorities for the purpose of collecting tax on behalf of the government and to avail Input tax credit for the taxes on his inward supplies. Without registration, a person can neither collect tax from his customers nor claim any input tax credit of tax paid by him.

Every business entity shall obtain the Professional Tax Certificate of Enrolment (EC) from the Profession Tax Officer within Thirty days from the date of commencement business.
