ITR-1 (Sahaj) Form

"Income tax Department has categorized taxpayers on the basis of type of income. For this, CBDT has issued different forms in which amendments are made from time to time. This has been done for making the work of Taxpayers easier."

ITR -1 (Sahaj) Form is for Salaried Individuals and HUF having total income up to ₹ 50 Lakh.   

ITR 1 ELIGIBILITY:

£       Filed by Individuals & HUF, who are Resident of India with Total Income up to ₹ 50 Lakhs,

£       Income is from Salaries, One House Property & Other Sources Income (interest, Dividend etc...),

£       Agricultural Income is up to ₹ 5 Thousand.
